·         Coordinated moving 45 faculty members into a new building

·         Inventoried 900+ resident doors and oversaw the installation of self-closing hinges and closers

·         Created initial $300,000+ furniture budget for New Housing

·         Coordinated Projects, A/V, and IT needs for new technology classrooms

·         Prepared bid request forms for $10,000 asphalt replacement

·         Provided classroom seating and usage analysis to the registrar on newly built classroom space

·         Handled all aspects of routine maintenance for five buildings on the campus
