reliability or hook up schedule. Result: $400K inventory liability reduction
while maintaining desirable material levels and ensuring competitive pricing.

Austin Site Services Strategic Plan and presented it quarterly to Site Services
Global Staff. Result: A formalized plan used as the single source reference and
organization strategic planning tool.

Outside Services, Purchase Parts, & Chemicals Expense Trend Analysis
Program. Result: Provided a clear quarterly review for cost analysis.

Outside Services Contractor KPI Metrics. Result: Provided consistent
performance criteria to review quarterly with contractors in driving continual

Led Global
Procurement and Operations team to develop a Chemical Hedging Bid Strategy to
stabilize dramatic cost swings in our Caustic purchases. Result: Annual cost
savings of 47K.

Benchmarking studies in Office Building Operations and Maintenance, Space, and
Janitorial Cost and Services. Result: Increased knowledge of Freescale cost
versus similar and different industries and improved efficiencies utilizing
International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) data.

and manage 5S Program for Austin Facilities. Result: Implemented a culture and
systematic method for improving organization efficiency.

by executing critical hires and leadership for the new Motorola Oak Hill
