Intel Corporation – Santa Clara,  CA

Business Analyst                        6/03 – Present

·         Responsible for driving business requirements for Corporate Services phasing out all NT4 OS systems world wide.   Team lead for the GER and GAR regions, implementing and enforcing asset registration for over 2,200 servers and clients. 

·         Managed and drove process improvements with SCADA software vendors and contractors, resulting in improved service level agreements for both Intel and supplier.

Intel Corporation – Phoenix, AZ

Sr. Program Manager              2/01-6/03

·         Strategic efforts included developing revenue-generating services (Pay-Per-View), developing and improving vendor alliances, driving best-known methods to achieve cost and budget objectives, and overall organizational efficiency.

·         Motivated and led a team of 20+ engineers supporting Intel worldwide, drove capital projects exceeding $600K.

·         Drove and ensured implementation of worldwide process improvement, partnered with regional team members while negotiating and implementing a $240K cost savings to Intel with outside telco vendors.

·         Developed and deployed the Transition to Operations Program with the OSC and TAC in Folsom.  Managed training requirements for OSC engineers, ordering and deploying equipment as necessary to support firewalls, driving and documenting process improvements, asset tracking, script writing, and site operations coordination within GER, GAR and the US. 

·         Program manager for internal and external customer request for secure VPN connections to Intel.  Responsibilities included customer engagement and evaluation to define firewall requirements, translating business requirements (deliverables, costs, resources, etc) to engineering requests while coordinating and leveraging resources and managing and delivering successful projects on time and on budget.   Received several outstanding customer service recognitions for going above and beyond the expectations of the job scope.   

 Intel Corporation – Phoenix, AZ

·         Negotiated and managed all space planning requirements for new office buildings occupying 2,400 employees and 9 business divisions.  Drove customer requirements working closely with VP’s to ensure customers requests were meet.  Translated business requirements and met critical timelines for both the customer and the construction of the new buildings.  Major accomplishments included negotiating contracts and driving cost down for 3 on site vendors, saving Intel $228K. 

·         Managed 4 office buildings (1.3 million sq. ft. of space) and 4,750 employees.  Primary responsibilities included understanding each business unit’s requirements while negotiating space with other building occupants to allow financial growth for Intel.  Successfully drove decisions through ESM’s while aligning resources and preparing capital budgets.  Partnered with Corporate Real Estate providing key data as to when new office buildings should be constructed or leased.

Intel Corporation – Santa Clara, CA

Sr. Strategic Planner                10/93-6/98

·         Drove all Santa Clara sites space planning requirements due to a 28% hiring increase.  Managed and built teams to respond to building occupants needs including office space, lab space, and manufacturing space.   Monitored vendor performance tracking indicators resulting in a 60% increase in through put time to the Santa Clara site building occupants. 

·         Provided key data to the D2P4 Project allowing the Santa Clara Site to grow by 18%.  Prepared and provided presentations to executive staff members and customers, providing ROI recommendations, risk analysis data, and cost savings measures.  Partnered with Site Operations, EHS, IT, SMS, ACS, III, building inspectors, and the local fire departments to ensure the successful fit up of temporary office trailer space.  Received DRA for outstanding customer service and project management.

·         Led tactical planning team in preparation and coordination of plans for long-term use of company owned facilities for the Santa Clara site.  Planned and tracked overall usage of the entire facilities portfolio.  Managed and negotiated space occupancy projects, facilities scenario planning, procured test fits and associated planning documentation for potential new projects and occupancy changes for 7 office buildings (RNB, D2, SC9, SC11, MP1, SC4, and SC2).

·         Responsible for releasing purchase orders for all new and inventory demands to suppliers in support of the Santa Clara Site.  Negotiated site and corporate contracts as required while executing $160K cost savings strategies to two corporate accounts.  Chaired Planning committee and drove cross site bench marking efforts to standardize planning throughout all of Intel’s domestic sites.        

California Office of Real Estate & Design – Sacramento, CA

·         Implemented and drove recommendations for all new tenant improvement buildings throughout the state of California.  Developed and delivered cost effective solutions to meet challenging business demands in a fast paced environment.  Provided feasibility analysis, cost and conceptual designs to clients and upper management.   

·         Recommended cost savings strategies, process and procedural changes, contract management, and resource hiring for all tenant improvement projects.   

Albertsons Supermarkets – Sacramento, CA
