Responsible for forecasting space needs for 5.8 million
square feet of office, lab, data center, and warehouse space. |

capital purchase authorization process for multiple office buildings totaling
$100 million. | | · Managed tactical planners and contracted services supplier
responsible for Moves, Add, Changes (MAC). The contract is ~$2.6 million and the
churn rate for moves is 50% for a site comprised of ~6700 employees. | | · Managed
custodial/landscaping contracted services supplier. Contract is ~$2 million. |
Rotation Engineers Program Manager
(1999-2000)
Responsible for staffing and
managing the Folsom Site Rotation Engineers Program (25-50 people per year).
Responsibilities included hiring, integrating, developing, mentoring, and
managing the Rotation Engineers during their first year rotational program. The
Rotation Engineers Program (REP) is a strategic program designed to attract top
technical talent in Electrical and Computer Science Engineering from the
country's top 20 schools and provide them with an accelerated first year
experience
| · Implemented several leadership opportunities for the Rotation
Engineers (RE) such as creating a monthly RE presentation forum, a Buddy
program, a newsletter team, and a web improvement team.
| | · Rewrote and updated
the REP input in the redesigning of the internal college web page, the external
College Web page, the "Imagine your future" brochure, and external CD
which allowed the REP to have continued visibility with college students. |

Managed Engineers (6-15
people) responsible for: developing Fab and Sort layouts; producing tool design
packages, capital purchasing authorization requests; project planning; system
development; Primavera schedule; installing tools and workstations; and
performing safety sign-offs and walk throughs for billion dollar facilities.
| · Managed a cross-organizational team consisting of finance, purchasing,
industrial engineering, and process engineering responsible for reducing
duration by half from capital purchase authorization to production of product.
| | · Managed a group of 15 people responsible for purchasing, planning, and
installing $500 million of tools and support equipment. | | · Transitioned multiple
organizations of Digital Equipment Corporation to Intel philosophy and culture.
Defined the transition plan, timing, and implementation. Taught several Intel

wide. Led the Corporate Ergonomics Group and contributed to several Site
programs, such as Return to Work Program, and the Musculoskeletal Injury Control
