Position in Austin:

Looking for this individual to head up and lead the Facilities Group Business line for a major consulting engineering firm in Austin.

 · An individual, preferably and architect or engineer, that has extensive experience with upgrading and renovating existing facilities and buildings (institutional, government, medical, etc. etc.)
· The services that this person should have been providing are things like forensic architecture/engineering, asbestos/lead based paint inspections, mold/air quality assessments, structural investigations, etc., etc.
· Has good personal qualities that lend themselves toward management and leadership
· Good contacts in the Austin area.

Position in Houston:

Office Services/Facilities Supervisor with about 10 years of facilities experience is needed for a client in Downtown.

· Position requires experience with build outs and construction contractors.
· Will be responsible for managing projects, moving coordination, and operations.
· Provide corporate service support for office supplies and furniture, refreshment provisions, office space management and maintenance, security, facility construction and remodeling and other support as needed.
· Must have strong supervisory experience.
· FMP or related industry training and certification is preferred. PC literate.

Salary: $50-60,000 DOE. Good benefits. Parking is paid.
