Maintenance Technician

FACServices, Inc. has an immediate opening for an HVAC Technician in north Austin to perform work on building maintenance systems in a commercial environment. Candidates should have a background in the following:

1. Perform preventive maintenance and repair on building support equipment such as: DX air conditioning equipment, air compressors, vacuum pumps, exhaust fans, and cooling towers.
2. Perform maintenance and repair in the following areas: minor electrical, doors, fire alarms, and plumbing.
