Peter M. Winters, AIA, CFM, is a Senior Vice President for HOK Advance Strategies where he is responsible for the global staffing initiatives for on-site teams co-located with clients. He is a member of the IFMA Board of Directors and is a member of IFMA's Executive Forum.

Pete has over 30 years of facility management, project management, strategic planning, architecture, and interior design experience in the U.S., China, Canada, Australia, UK, France, Mexico, Hong Kong, and Japan. He has expertise developing strategic partnerships in Asia and is familiar with many of the business practices and challenges of doing business in Asia and Europe.

Pete is a frequent speaker at industry events, including CoreNet Global and IFMA conferences regionally, nationally and internationally.
