Presentation will focus on identifying key issues that tenants and landlords should address when negotiating a work letter. The speakers will discuss these issues and provide concrete examples drawing from their experience in negotiating and executing work letters. Examples of work letters will be provided that the audience will able to use as a means to implement the speakers' suggestions.

Amy M. Mitchell: Since joining Fulbright & Jaworski in 1983, Amy has helped clients on matters related to improved and unimproved real property including sales and acquisitions, leases, ground leases, public private partnerships involving real estate transactions, real estate financing, real estate development, environmental issues affecting real property, construction matters for owners, general contractors and subcontractors, and formation of entities to acquire, develop and operate real property. She has also represented several non-profit entities on a fee basis in real estate transactions.

Diana Holford: Diana M. Holford is responsible for representing clients in facility and site acquisition. Her responsibilities include marketing, strategy implementation, coordination and review of market research with a special emphasis on financial analysis and leading lease review and negotiations. Her well- developed technical knowledge of the real estate process gives her a broad understanding of the important principles that must be incorporated into a transaction.

Diana brings many years of extensive experience to the corporate facilities and planning and relocation proccess. She has successfully negotiated in excess of $250 million worth of building leases in the last ten years.
