Developed and implemented revenue enhancing strategies for a 3.7 million square foot mixed-use office project.  Helped develop guidelines to position the project as a premiere San Francisco property.

·         Participated in the negotiation of all major office and retail leases.

·         Maintained project occupancy levels above 95% and improved rental rates in a declining market.

·         Directed pre-leasing of the 587,000 square foot Embarcadero Center West, which resulted in an 80% lease commitment prior to opening.
