Austin IFMA Christmas Party

Hats off to everyone involved in coordinating the 2002 Christmas party at the Broken Spoke, especially Julie Sheaffer of our Social Committee. The party was a hit and we had a wonderful turn out. Here are a few party photos!


January Meeting

Dusty Tudor will be giving a presentation about electrical and mechanical outsourcing this Thursday, January 9, 2003. If you are interested in attending, please RSVP today.  The deadline is high noon on Monday, the 6th.  As senior vice president, Dusty is responsible for Central Texas property management and accounting personnel. This includes approximately 8.0 million square feet of commercial operations and 100 Central Texas team members. His role is to insure the stability of Central Texas operations through continued client and tenant satisfaction. Dusty has successfully transitioned the management of 150 assets totaling over 15 million square feet. He has over 20 years and over $50 million of construction experience. Dusty received his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A & M University in 1980 and entered the property management field by joining Gerald D. Hines Interests in Houston. He joined Transwestern in 1985 and in 1987 he received his Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Dusty is currently a member of the IREM National Faculty and a member of BOMA International.
