As senior vice president, Dusty is responsible for Central Texas property management and accounting personnel. This includes approximately 8.0 million square feet of commercial operations and 100 Central Texas team members. His role is to insure the stability of Central Texas operations through continued client and tenant satisfaction. Dusty has successfully transitioned the management of 150 assets totaling over 15 million square feet. Also, Dusty has over 20 years and over $50 million of construction experience.

Dusty received his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A & M University in 1980 and entered the property management field by joining Gerald D. Hines Interests in Houston. Dusty joined Transwestern in 1985 and in 1987 he received his Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Dusty is currently a member of the IREM National Faculty and a member of BOMA International.
