A rare opportunity to hear two Internationally recognized "Best Practitioners" discuss the purpose and philosophy of Best Practices, share their vast wealth of expertise and answer any questions you might have.  In addition, a new program will be introduced - IFMA-Austin Best Practices and Solutions Recognition Award.
