Michael Ray has been in the cleaning industry for over fourteen years. Currently he is the corporate trainer and the Austin branch manager for Gulf Coast Paper Co., Inc. As the corporate trainer he creates professional cleaning programs, advises on budgeting/staffing issues, and the trainer for the internal programs like the GCPC sales school. Michael also founded and manages the green program sustainB2B, a program designed to help businesses implement sustainability. This process ranges from simple product conversion to building certification assistance. As the branch manager for the Austin distribution center he manages a 52,000 square foot building staffed by 20 employees. Prior to this position, Michael worked as a market manager for JohnsonDiversey Inc. (AKA Johnson Wax Professional), the global leader in commercial cleaning and hygiene solutions. It was there that he built his green cleaning foundation as the company's Responsible Solutions Specialist for Texas.

    o Stone, Masonry, and Ceramic Tile
    o Water Damage Restoration.

" Industry Certified Expert credential through the Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) with the International Sanitary Supply Association.

" USGBC Green Associate, the first in country for the cleaning products industry. Michael has taught several groups on professional cleaning, green cleaning, infection control, various flooring programs, OSHA Regulations (Personal Protective Equipment, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Right to Know), and custodial budgeting. Michael also educates and provides guidance with l ocal government, schools, building cleaning contractors, and corporations on professional cleaning. Michael also is a board member of his local Chamber of Commerce.
