I started in the facilities business 18 years ago.   From 2004-2007, I was the Building Engineer for the opening of the 520,000 sq. ft. Virginia Beach Convention Center.   In 2007,  I relocated to Austin to take the position of Operations Manager for the Austin Convention Center/ Palmer Event Center. As the Operations Manager for the Austin Convention Center Department, I am responsible for the Management of Building Maintenance, Grounds, Event Maintenance, Event Set-up and Custodial.  Additionally I am tasked as the Project Manager for 2 LEED-EB projects- Austin Convention Center and the Palmer Event Center. As a career professional I have had the opportunity to earn my MBA, and LEED-AP.
