Scott Jarman is a Consulting Engineer with the Energy Efficiency Services Division of Austin Energy who holds a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. Scott and his team has been working with private and public building owners to reduce their consumption of electricity through rebate incentive programs as well as direct implementation of energy saving projects for the past 15 years. Scott evaluates new solar, wind, geothermal, and energy efficiency technologies for inclusion in Austin Energy's Power Saver Rebate Program. Scott is responsible for implementing energy efficiency p rograms in commercial buildings including providing technical assistance to implement the Energy Conservation and Disclosure Ordinance.
