Kelly Quinney was born and raised in Little Rock, AR. Before moving to Austin in 1994, she attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville where she studied education and broadcast journalism. She was also an active member of Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority. Kelly had her first job scooping ice cream at Baskin Robbins at age 15. Since then she's had a wide variety of jobs working on political campaigns, bartending, retail sales and management, and even a brief stint at Walt Disney World in Orlando. She currently works as a Commercial Account Manager for JPM Enterprises who specialize in commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning and maintenance.

Kelly has been an active IFMA member since February of 2002. Her first year in the organization, she served as chair of the Communications Committee. She currently chairs both the Membership and Education Committees and hopes to continue her involvement as an IFMA Board Member.

Kelly is also a member of the Austin chapters of BOMA, AAFAME and the Chamber of Commerce. Outside of the office she loves to go tubing/swimming and salsa dancing, and she is often referred to as the "Queen of Karaoke".
