Even thought I was born in Minnesota during a 12 month long business assignment where my mother tagged along with my father, I am close enough to being a native Austinite (both of my younger sisters were born in Austin)!

I grew up in NW Austin, and graduated from Westwood High School. I then moved to Nacogdoches for college where I realized that I am not a small town girl. So, after graduation, I was off to the great big city of Atlanta, where I lived for 3 years. I loved Atlanta, but found it hard being 16 hours drive from my Mom, Dad, and two Sisters in Austin, 14 hours from my many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins, and my Grandma in Houston.

So, in 2004 I moved back to Austin, and in 2005 I married one of my long time good friends. Now we have two boys who will be 2 & 4 this winter. I have always been a swimmer, so I could spend every spare moment of my time in the water…floating a river, out at the lake, swimming laps in a pool. I also love snow skiing, traveling, spending time with my family, disk golf, watching Texas Football, and playing sports.

Due to my love of helping others, and socializing, I started my career in sales when I was in High School. I enjoy getting to know my clients, and really understanding how I can help them with their needs. In March 2008 I started working for ISS Facility Services and ISS Grounds Control. ISS Grounds Control offers Commercial Landscaping Services, and ISS Facility Services offers Commercial Janitorial Services. They are two different branches of our Mother Company ISS Facility Services, which is based out of Copenhagen, Denmark. Internationally we have over 450,000 employees, in 52 Countries, and our revenue is over $14 Billion. Our corporate office in the US is right down the road in San Antonio.

We look to lead the industry globally by leading the industry locally. So, we run each individual office as if it were a locally owned business, and know that we can't be a global leader unless we respect and appreciate our local customers.

I joined IFMA in April 2008, and I am also a member of AAFAME, BOMA, CAI, and HBA.
