Charles C. Carpenter, CFM, CFMJ, has worked in Facility Management since 1995. He has managed
multiple facilities across the USA and has work to integrate companies through mergers and acquisitions.
Charles holds a Bachelors Degree from The University of Texas and a Masters Degree from Texas State
University where he also earned a Graduate Certificate in Professional Ethics. His research project
was entitled "The Effects of the Built Environment on Occupational Stress" Charles is a Certified Facility Manager and a past Chapter Leader of the Austin Chapter of IFMA, as well as a member of the Facility Management Industry Advisory Council at Texas A&M University. He has presented at conferences in North America and Europe and published articles on a variety of Facility Management topics. He is currently the columnist for FM Frequency in Today's Facility Manager. Charles recently contributed to the book Interior Design in Practice: Case Studies of Successful Business Models by Katie Weeks. |
