John Tworoger - As founder, principal and CEO of Aspen Properties, John Tworoger has extensive experience in commercial property development, construction, management and renovation.

Since the company's beginning in 1976, Mr. Tworoger has been at the helm as millions of square feet of office, industrial, retail and residential properties have been developed or acquired.

His professionalism, outstanding reputation and honest rapport with community and real estate industry leaders has enabled him to successfully negotiate projects through the entitlement process and develop turn-key projects for local governmental organizations.

In addition to the development company, Mr. Tworoger is a franchisee and partner in the development of more than 30 Burger King Restaurants including the operation of 18 restaurants in San Diego County. He was a franchisee and developer of two Tony Roma's restaurants in San Diego and the Margarita Grill in Temecula, California.

Prior to involvement in real estate development, he was responsible for advising the Vice President of Gulf Energy & Environmental Systems for the International Division on strategic and financial planning of acquisitions and mergers. His early career was with the Union Oil Co. where his responsibilities included evaluation of the company's western region marketing structure and implementing analytical techniques to analyze the marketplace, pricing economies and forecasting of sales.

Mark McAllister - After honing his real estate acumen in the investment brokerage field for more than two decades, Mark McAllister was recruited by Aspen Properties in April 2005.

Mr. McAllister's 24-year career in evaluating, capitalizing, and restructuring commercial real estate investments made him the perfect person to over see Aspen Properties' Austin operations along with new development and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Aspen Properties, Mr. McAllister was Executive Vice President of Investment Properties for CB Richard Ellis, Inc. During his 21 year career as one of CB Richard Ellis's top ranking investment brokers, Mr. McAllister was responsible for capitalizing over $2.5 billion of real estate investments.

From his extensive background in finance, brokerage, leasing and investment analysis, Mr. McAllister has extensive expertise in the evaluation, negotiation, operation and creation of value in complex investment properties.
