Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for maintaining "World Class" facilities, buildings and grounds for 470,000 sq.ft. Beverly site. Responsible and accountable for operating maintenance budget of $8-10MM, capital budget, project management for site improvements, construction projects, long range facilities planning, security, and housekeeping. Provide oversight and direction to maintain a Preventative Maintenance program for existing and future plant equipment. Supervise a 14 person staff with 4 direct reports.

Accomplishments:

· Project Manager for 6,000 sq. ft. Central Utility building construction addition - $3.4MM. This includes General Contractor oversight for construction quality, cost, drawing modifications and start-up.
· Project Manager for Class 10K Cleanroom addition - fast track - completed in 18 weeks - on time - $3.8MM.
· Project Manager for Machine Shop relocation, Reliability Lab build, Class 10K Cleanroom build - $2.5MM
· Project member for new 140,000 sq. ft. Training/Demonstration Center construction project relating to GC oversight, mechanical room/fan deck area, Cleanroom construction - $24MM

In addition, managing two other projects at Beverly facility to accommodate business volume increases. This project includes construction of Cleanroom space, Machine Shop space, and re-arrangement of various departments within the facility. The scope includes overseeing Architect and General Contractor with budget responsibilities for total project.
