Charles C. Carpenter, CFM, CFMJ - Charles C. Carpenter, CFM, CFMJ, has worked in Facility Management since 1995. He is a past president of the Austin Chapter of IFMA. Charles has published articles and spoken at conferences in North America & Europe on a variety of facility-related topics. He is currently working on a Masters Degree at Texas State University where his research thesis is entitled "The Effects of the Built Environment on Occupational Stress".
Theodore R. Cera - Ted is a graduate student at Texas State University - San Marcos working on his Masters of Science in Technology with a minor in Philosophy. He has been employed by the Technology Dept. as a Graduate Instructor Assistant aiding in Architectural Design and Problem Solving courses. In addition to school, Ted's interests include computer technologies, RC helicopters, piano, astronomy and camping. After graduation, Ted plans to pursue a career in building design and information technologies.
