projects in a microprocessor manufacturing facility. Oversaw facilities
management issues including; supervision of 6 direct staff, strategic planning,

Five International Assignments. Supervised Project
Management on major projects in London, Istanbul, Dresden, Guatemala and

Managed a $12mil Construction Quality Management Contract for the GSA for the
design and construction of the conversion a postal facility into the Fifth District
Circuit of Appeals. Responsibilities included liaison with the Architect,
Contractors, specialty consultants, the GSA, the US Post Office, the District
and Bankruptcy Judges and the US Marshal Service.
Project Design Manager, Lehrer McGovern International
Ltd, London, 1988-1999. Managed the design Architect of the 1mil sf $100mil
FC-2 spec office building in the 26-building $4.6bil Canary Wharf Project.
International assignment with emphasis on cross-cultural communication and team
building. Coordinated bid-packages, value engineering studies and developed
roofing specifications for entire development project.
Project Architect / Project Manager, Ciragan Palace Hotel and
Casino Development Project, Istanbul, 1987-1988. Owner’s agent who managed a direct
staff of 9 for the overall programming, design and construction of a $160mil
hotel and casino project including the historic restoration on an 1865 Ottoman
Palace. International assignment with extensive coordination with multiple
Turkish regulatory agencies and multi-national project team members.
